The biggest game jam in South East Europe, the Nordeus Hackathon is a 24-hour event in which 8 teams of aspiring game developers battle it out to produce the best playable game.
Taking place for the very first time at the Startit Centar in Belgrade, this is a unique opportunity to participate in an industry-level event, be mentored by Nordeus game developers and compete against the best young game makers of South East Europe. Not only that, amazing prizes are up for grabs.
So, the question is: do you have what it takes to make a great game? If you do, go ahead and apply now!

You are free to apply to the Nordeus Hackathon on your own or as part of a team.
Teams can be composed 2 to 4 members and one person can register the entire team by adding their teammates’ resumes to their own registration.
Individual contestants or those with incomplete teams will be paired by us with other applicants into 4-person teams.
This year’s Nordeus Hackathon is open to any young game maker from South East Europe. Whether a student of Computer Science or simply a passionate gamer, if you have what it takes, we will take your application into consideration.
Contestants from previous Nordeus Hackathons are not eligible.
After a careful pre-selection process done by us, we will publish the final list of the selected applicants.
The competition will be held at the Startit Centar in Belgrade on the 10-11th of December 2016.
The theme of this year’s Nordeus Hackathon will be revealed at the start of the competition during the opening ceremony
Each contestant will be required to use to use their own hardware and software
Nordeus will cover all travel and accommodation expenses for all selected contestants not living in Belgrade.
All contestants will receive limited edition Nordeus Hackathon T-shirts in their team’s color
Food & drink will be available in unlimited quantities throughout the duration of the Hackathon
Any form of cheating and/or the use of copyrighted resources (such as models, audio tracks, sprites and similar) is strictly prohibited. Contestants are, however, permitted to use free resources, including Unity’s Asset Store.
